Refund policy

At Noble Pedal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds and exchanges.

Change of Mind Returns

If you purchase from Noble Pedal online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at info@noblepedal.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us that you wish to return an item, you must return the item within 14 days.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be:

  • In resalable condition

  • Returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible

  • Complete with all accessories, chargers, keys, manuals and components supplied

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

You may inspect goods as you would in a retail shop. However, if the item shows signs of excessive handling, use, damage, missing parts, or deterioration beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, we reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund where permitted by law.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. We will provide instructions regarding the return process and the correct return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please note that electric bikes are large, specialist items and return shipping costs can be significant. Return shipping charges may vary depending on the manufacturer, product, location and courier requirements.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@noblepedal.co.uk so that we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Faults Reported Within 30 Days

If a fault is reported within 30 days of delivery, you may have the right to reject the goods and receive a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, Noble Pedal will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Collection of the item

  • Refund

Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs relating to verified faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.

Faults Reported After 30 Days

If a fault develops after 30 days from delivery, we will work with you and the manufacturer to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This will normally involve repair or replacement before a refund is considered.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at info@noblepedal.co.uk and we will advise on the available options and next steps.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Refunds will normally be processed within 10 business days of approval. Your bank, credit card provider, finance provider, or payment service may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
